|Position Summary|| |
Performs radiologic procedures requiring specialized knowledge, training, and skills in support of the provision of diagnostic and/or therapeutic services to a specified patient population. May prepare and administer various chemical mixtures as appropriate to the nature of the procedures being carried out. May work in a research or clinical environment.
|Conditions of Employment|
High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of directly related experience which may include directly related certification or practicum training. Certification/LicensureAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technology License.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
|Preferred Qualifications||Experience with: working in a death environment, performing postmortem CT studies on an as needed basis.|

|ERB Statement||Temporary and on-call employees working an appointment percentage of 26 (.26 FTE) or greater, per quarter, will be eligible to earn retirement service credits and thus are required to make New Mexico Educational Retirement Board (NMERB) contributions.
