Leads assigned portions of UNM Health Sciences Center capital projects, working collaboratively with a University Hospital Planner and stakeholders throughout the Health Sciences Center.
Manages assigned capital projects or capital program tasks, to ensure that the project and program goals are met within the prescribed time frames and funding targets.

High school diploma or GED; at least 8 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
