The University of New Mexico (UNM) School of Medicine Department of Dermatology seeks qualified individuals for full-time faculty positions in an innovative group environment. Our department serves a large, medically complex population and is a consultative resource for the state of New Mexico. We provide many services including: general and pediatric dermatology, phototherapy, laser, dermatologic surgery and aesthetic services. We have a strong partnership with both dermatopathology and community physicians. Responsibilities include outpatient dermatology and inpatient hospital consultations. Opportunities for clinical research are available.
The School of Medicine at HSC is celebrated for its innovations in medical education and has earned a reputation for making diversity in the physician workforce a priority. Its programs in rural and family medicine are nationally recognized and its groundbreaking BA/MD Program has provided a new pathway for students from throughout New Mexico to pursue a medical career.
