House Management Associate
|Working Title||House Management Associate|
Under general supervision, coordinates the donor lounge activities of Popejoy Hall during performances. Duties focus specifically on Popejoy’s two donor lounges prior to performances and during intermission. Supervises volunteer servers/greeters and provides professional customer service to Popejoy patrons, visiting performers, staff and crew. Prepares reports on each performance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
