|Working Title||Customer Service Assoc/Retail|
The duties and responsibilities for the Customer Service Associate/Retail position at the Harwood Museum will be greeting museum guests, answering phones, selling Museum store merchandise, taking admission fees and providing information to museum patrons. In addition, the position of Customer Service Associate/Retail, under direct supervision, will balance out and close the cash register at the end of a shift, as well as assist in closing of the museum and general security of the building and collection.
|Conditions of Employment|
High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
|Additional Requirements||Position requires flexibility to work lunches, evenings, weekends and/or holidays as necessary.|

|ERB Statement||Temporary and on-call employees working an appointment percentage of 26 (.26 FTE) or greater, per quarter, will be eligible to earn retirement service credits and thus are required to make New Mexico Educational Retirement Board (NMERB) contributions.
