|Working Title||Business Services Specialist|
The University of New Mexico Lobo Club seeks a Business Services Specialist to manage our financial responsibilities, and provide services to the University, UNM Foundation, and over 3,000 donors.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
· All financial transactions for the Lobo Club including processing payments, financial statements, and all QuickBooks financial information, as well as Sports Enhancement Fund donations and transactions.
· All invoice reimbursement payments for the operating account and the sports enhancement funds
· Processing credit card reports and reconciling all bank accounts on a monthly basis along with generating and sending monthly reports to staff, coaches, and other stakeholders as needed.
· All fiscal responsibilities of month end procedures and yearly audits
The Lobo Club is a non-profit organization that raises funds necessary to provide financial support for student-athlete scholarships, facilities, programs that support student-athlete success and operational support to create an athletics program of excellence for the University of New Mexico. We believe a successful athletics program is a source of pride for the community and the state of New Mexico, and provides greater opportunities, as a whole, for the University of New Mexico.
|Conditions of Employment|
Bachelor's degree and successful completion of at least 9 credit hours of university-level accounting through intermediate accounting; no previous experience required.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
