TriCore is seeking dedicated professionals with a proven sales record in medical laboratory sales. You will serve as a consultant for clinical laboratory testing; exercises independent judgment, self-motivation, problem solving abilities and confidentiality in performing assigned duties. This position requires travel.

1. Deliver expertise in clinical laboratory consultative selling within the assigned territory.
a. Develop new and existing relationships within accounts to promote the interests of the organization and drive sales goals.
b. Maintain and grow current accounts through consultative dialog based on the organizational philosophy and goals.
c. Develop relationships within healthcare organizations to drive sales growth goals within the territory.
d. Grow healthcare accounts to meet or exceed sales objectives of the organization.
2. Manage account activity that pertains to Requests for Proposals within the designated territory.
3. Prepare and submit proposals for new accounts as necessary and consistent with pricing policy and review procedure.
4. Manage requirements within and including the Laboratory Service Agreement contracts.
5. Work with laboratory supervisors and departments to solve problems, set up new clients and handle special requests. Utilize laboratory departments to increase clinical knowledge for client consultation and meeting sales objectives.
6. Provide training to clients for onboarding, retention, problem resolution, and client service needs.
7. Assist in developing appropriate marketing tools.
8. Effectively plan, organize and execute sales approach for territory.
9. Develop effective sales techniques and tactics.
10. Maintain effective call cycle and client records.
11. Maintain high standards of technical knowledge of tests and MD specialties.
12. Submit weekly and monthly reports and expense reports and other reports as deemed necessary by management.
13. Create and generate reports of pipeline and status of leads.
14. Provide training on TriCore IT products and testing services.

Minimum Qualifications

Associates Degree in relevant field of study or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Must meet one of the following:
* Five (5) years of sales experience.
* Three (3) years of relevant healthcare or medical laboratory sales / service experience

* Valid driver's license for state of residence.
* Good driving record. Must be insurable by lab insurance carrier.
* Must be willing to travel as appropriate for territory development and to quarterly sales meetings.

Bachelor’s degree
Medical laboratory experience
CRM/Sales Force information technology tools experience
