Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor Degree

Other information:
Core Experience and qualifications and skills.
Requires Bachelors degree in ITor business related field
Masters degree or doctorate preferred.
8 years of IT and/or Business experience with at least 4 in a consultative role.

Project management experience.
Experience developing and presenting formal business plans and/or business proposals

Excellent presentation and communication skills needed.
Financial acumen around ROI and NPV analysis.
Domain Specific Experience

Enterprise Business Applications 8 years IT and/or Busniess experience with the following:
*Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
*Office365 (Email, Sharepoint, Skype, etc.,.)
*Contact Center (Genesys, workforce mgt, IVR, contact center technologies)
*Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platforms

Health Plan 8 years IT and/or Business/Health Plan Payer experience with the following:
*Claims processing and eligibility application
*Portal and web application
*Financial systems
*Care Management

Clinical Epic - 8 years IT and/or Business experience with the following:

*Epic & EMR experience
*Epic Ambulatory & Inpatient
*Experience working with applicable applications like cardiology, radiology & imaging
*Population health data strategy experience

Summary:
Drives consultative value creation at PHS by applying expertise in the integration of one of the following key business areas; clinical, revenue-cycle and enterprise business applications. Functions as the IT functional expert in assigned areas to provide consultative support to IT application leaders in the assigned areas .Works closely with IT application leaders to identify and facilitate the achievement of key measurable outcomes that achieve strategic value. Will be responsible for developing functional requirements, ROI analysis, RFP process and overall selection of solutions to solve business problems. Will perform independent research of subject matter areas, to provide insight into possible value creation opportunities with the use of technology. Understands business goals, priorities and strategies and collaborates with Technical Architecture & Service Level Management to develop technology based solutions aligned to run-the-business, grow-the-business and transform-the-business that meet business.. Provides highly-valued strategic consulting level support and guidance and acts as a "trusted advisor" and key contact for IT and business executives
