We are hiring! Sabio Systems, LLC is looking for an Account Executive to join our IT Staffing Division. We are looking for performance driven candidates with a passion for staffing and an ability to work in a sales and metrics driven environment. We require someone that's persistent, very competitive and has the will to exceed expectations. This is a sales & service profession, your positive attitude will be the determining factor in your success!
Account Executive Responsibilities:
* Seek out job orders for contract, contract to hire and direct placement using
established sales methods.
* Serve as the primary business contact for the client and responsible for client
* Build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business
* Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution and compliance
on client deliverables and ensuring profitability expectations are met.
* Ensure that client issues are addressed in an efficient manner, informing
recruiter and appropriate Division Manager or company executive of any
problems that may arise.
* Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards
are met, and that projects are profitable.
* Ability to focus on pursuing and qualifying prospects that have needs today.
* Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team to
provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
* Provide regular input on all account activity including status and call reports.
* Continually improve job and technical knowledge by participating in
educational opportunities; reading professional publications; and
attending/participating in weekly/monthly professional networking events.
* Other duties as required.
Our staffing solutions revolve around IT Support, Programming, Web &
Mobile Development, Cyber Security Engineers, Systems Analysts, Database
Development & Administration and Software Testing.
Account Executive Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Information Technology desired.
Deep Dive Boot Camp or CompTIA A+ Certification at minimum.
Enjoy the thrill of the hunt and the close.
Passion for the Staffing industry.
At least 1+ years experience in the Recruiting/Staffing industry and or 2+ years in B2B Technical sales over
the phone and in person.
Willingness to work in a metrics driven environment meeting monthly team expectations.
Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
