Job Summary
Nuclear Waste Partnership, an LLC of AECOM, is seeking a Work Control Coordinator in Carlsbad, New Mexico. 
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for the building of work control documents (WCDs) to support work at the Waste Isolation Pilot Project in Carlsbad, New Mexico. This includes working with Work Week Managers to build packages or weekly schedules, helping departments ensure packages are processed through the system in a timely manner, interfacing with other support organizations and subject matter experts to provide a work document that will facilitate safe and compliant conduct of work on facility systems and components, providing documents for records to other departments, and processing all WCD records for RIDS. This includes working with Maintenance Admins on obtaining complete, auditable WCDs for completion process. Candidate will also be responsible for sending Trending and Feedback Notices along with Delinquent Reporting and PM Request Form Processing to Operations, Maintenance and Engineering.

Minimum Requirements
  • Associate’s degree plus two (2) years of related experience, or
  • High School Diploma or GED with four (4) years of related experience is required. 
  • Demonstrated experience with the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are required.
  • Experience with working in Computer Database Systems is necessary.
  • Due to the nature of work, candidates must be US Citizens.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Six (6) months experience working in a Work Control Center, or
  • Six (6) months Records Coordinator Experience is a plus.
  • Previous Work Control Document process experience is preferred.
  • Experience with use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems is desired.
