NAPPR has provided services, support and education to Native American families in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas for more than 20 years. Our dedicated professional staff are committed to helping children grow, learn, and develop regardless of their ability or developmental progress.
NAPPR is currently looking for a full-time or contract Physical Therapy Assistant to provide therapy services to children from birth to three years of age in home and/or community settings under the supervision and direction of a licensed physical therapist. The ideal candidate will have an opportunity to work with a team of professionals including service coordinators, developmental specialists, and others to provide the highest level of service and support to our families.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Performing evaluations Establishing treatment goals Developing and implementing treatment plans
Skills / Requirements
New Mexico Physical Therapist Assistant License and Certification Valid New Mexico Drivers License Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team
