Jobing Description

The NSA assists with the preparation of modified patient meals as well as preparing meals for employees, visitors, and special functions. The NSA in the tray line for assigned meal times and ensures that each meal is prepared according to the selected menu for each patient. At all times the NSA maintains the sanitation of the meal crts, the cafeteria, and kitchen according to the standard guidelines and department procedures.

Skills / Requirements

Must be committed to performing superior customer service with a team oriented attitude.

Ability to lift at least 15 pounds required.

Hospital and/or public food service experience and the knowledge of dietician modified diet types is preferred.
