Position Summary - Senior Controller
o Oversee all accounting functions for two operating companies
as well as various other companies and holdings.

Primary Duties
o Analyzing and directing corporate finances.
o Analyzing, consolidating and producing monthly financials and reports for
multiple corporations and other entities.
o Managing and directing general accounting staff.
o Creating and maintaining financial records and controls.
o Budgeting, financial planning and forecasting.
o Managing bank and financial relationships.
o Preparing tax plans and projections, tax returns and estimates.

• Key Skills and Traits
o Public accounting experience.
o 3 – 5 years controllership experience
o Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
o Excellent management and accounting skills.
