Job: Payroll Accountant

Sabio Systems is recruiting for a payroll accountant to work for an organization who is thriving nationally. In order to be considered for an in person interview the following experience is required:

Bachelors degree in finance or accounting
5+ years bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 3 entities for over 500 employees
401K & pension plan management and reconciliation between 3rd party vendor and internal accounting system
Maintain all payroll setup in accounting software to optimize the software for payroll processing.
Review all payroll change notices generated by Human Resources for accuracy data input in Costpoint; resolve errors and forward to ADP
Manage new employee information and download in payroll system
Prepare Quarterly 941 Federal Tax return, monthly and quarterly State withholding, Quarterly FUTA deposits and annually 940 return
Reconcile balance sheet accounts related to payroll withholdings, accrued leave and benefits
