Job: Flight Coordinator (Midnight-9am)

The Flight Coordinator is responsible for being the central conduit of communication within the company and between the company and the customer, to help insure safe operations for all pilots, and communicating to customers route status and issues.
The Flight Coordinator cannot and will not exercise operational control over any flight or operation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Chief Pilot with motel scheduling for pilots coming for initial or recurrent training.
- Communicate maintenance aircraft assignment to each pilot if required.
- Provide flight following for all flights via flight tracker or any other software.
- Log flight times, departure and arrival, for every leg and report delays to customers.
- Check weather conditions for all flights and advise pilots of hazardous conditions.
- Collect fuel receipts and forward to purchasing department.
- Review all required documents in flight log book prior aircraft release to ensure completeness of documentation and airworthiness of aircraft.
- Communicate with customers the corrective actions being taken in regards to delays, etc.
-Be the primary contact for all customers about any flight departures or arrival.
-Record keeping for total aircraft time with assigned program by the Chief Pilot.
-Assist Chief Pilot with required 30 day filing of flight manifest for each leg.
-Assist Chief Pilot with required 12 month filing of pilot duty time sheet.
-Tracking of total time per aircraft flown for each month and sending information to the accounting department.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Seeking an individual with exceptional communication skills, strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Must have strong computer skills and experience with dispatching on a scheduled and non-scheduled basis.
