Job: Accounting Rep

Responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts receivable, collections, credit, billing and cash applications. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

***MUST HAVE GREAT PLAINS SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE***

Process customer invoices/credits.
Apply customer payments.
Generate monthly statements.
Research and solve payment discrepancies.
Make adjustments to accounts as needed.
Perform collection efforts on delinquent accounts.
Respond to inquiries from customers including billing questions, disputes and requests for information.
Generates appropriate reports to management and co-workers as required.
Review/reconcile sub ledger transactions to the General Ledger daily.
Maintain Accounts Receivable procedure documentation.
Participate in cross-functional team process improvement projects.
Other duties as assigned.
