Job: Survey Interview Agent

Spherion has a EXCITING opportunity for an EXPERIENCED individual to conduct telephone interviews with employers via telephone. Work with a custom computer program to record information during the interview process!

Key Area of Responsibility:
*Cold call employers in survey project area (s)
*Ensure validity of data from employers
*Read provided scripts verbatim
*Maintain professionalism at all times
*Meet daily goals

Qualifications:
Positive, Bubbly, Upbeat and Out Going Personalilty is a MUST
Professional attitude and tone of voice
Strong sense of Customer Service
High level listening skills
High level reading skills
High level phone etiquette
Intermediate problem solving skills
Intermediate computer skills
Intermediate typing skills
Ability to remain focused in a repetitive work environment
Maintain excellent attendance record
Ability to stay seated for long periods of time
Ability to respond quickly to work detail changes
