Job: Accounts Receivable Specialist

With this position you will be involved with preparation and processing of Accounts Receivable and audits related to receivables including posting cash receipts, reconciling monthly statements, relaying discrepancies to the project managers, clients and department manager. Will also work with job costing and reconcile one or more General Ledger accounts. This position reports directly to the Controller and confidentiality is a must!

Qualifications include an Associates Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 3 years Accounts Receivable experience in a construction environment. Position also requires MS Word, Excel and 10 Key.
