Duties include but are not limited to assisting in driving sales in the facility, ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures as well as providing supervision and development opportunities for management and hourly associates in the facility. Travel to and from multiple facilities or work sites. Shifts include working overnight and varying shifts, as required. Skills / Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Two years general retail management experience to include financial accountability and inventory management responsibilities, AND two years experience supervising 20 or more associates to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring and terminations. Preferred Qualifications: Four or more year’s general retail management experience to include financial accountability and inventory management responsibilities. Four or more years experience supervising 50 or more associates to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring and terminations. Important Notes
