Entry Level Instructors (Full-time and Part-time)

Come join the largest non-profit provider of services for adults with developmental disabilities in Albuquerque and make a difference in your community!

ARCA is currently recruiting full-time and part-time Instructors to work weekend,
night awake and live-in (1 week on, 1 week off) shifts.

Instructors will teach and support adults with developmental disabilities in a supported living or independent living setting. Staff will assist individuals to live in a healthy safe environment and teach daily living skills including behavior, communication, social, and community-based skills. Instructors will assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, and leisure activities. Will accompany and supervise individuals while on community outings and serve as an appropriate role model. Will assist individuals to find meaningful community activities and provide transportation as needed.


You bring the heart and we will teach you the skills! We will train you HOW to do this important work in our community with our 3 week paid training program.

Pay: $8.90-$9.50/hour for entry level positions after all training completed + excellent benefits.

HS Diploma/GED is preferred. Most positions require a valid NM driver’s license and a good driving record.
