Jobing Description
Support the IT Division Director in maintaining all aspects of information technology and services including networks, MS office, email, remote access, and software. Primary responsibility is user support and customer service. Be present and visible in the Help Desk and available to users requiring technical assistance. The Help Desk Technician is the first point of contact for ARCA staff seeking technical assistance for technology issues.
Regular office hours of Monday through Friday 8:00 – 5:00. Occasionally will be required to work outside office hours. Come join the largest non-profit provider of services for adults with developmental disabilities in Albuquerque and make a difference in your community! Skills / Requirements
Must have at least an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology. Experience can substitute for degree on a 2 year experience for one year education basis. Must have at least two-years of experience supporting networks in the Microsoft and Windows environment. Must be able to use appropriate Active Directory tools to manage and maintain user accounts.
Must understand different network protocols at a minimum. CCNA certification highly desired. Important Notes
