Responsibilities:
The Payroll Accountant/Analyst position will support our payroll operation with analysis, G/L account reconciliation and 401k and payroll tax compliance. You will be responsible for maintaining payroll business rules and ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations for a multi-state payroll. Specifically:
*Generate bi-weekly, quarterly and annual federal, state and local tax submittals/returns
*Initiate bi-weekly, quarterly and annual disbursement transactions
*Audit/reconciliation of complex tax liability and 401k deferral accounts
*Exception report analysis
*Labor distribution and payroll processing support

This position requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field and 8 or more years of accounting or payroll experience. & nbsp;Solid knowledge and experience in dealing with multi-state federal, state and local compensatory tax and 401k regulation and reporting requirements.Preferred: Accounting or payroll experience with Deltek Costpoint. Candidates will be subject to a Background Investigation. US citizenship is required.
