Responsibilities:
• The ability to revitalize and turn-around a property in a timely manner
• Drive revenue, increase profitability and maximize customer satisfaction
• Oversee management staff of Guest Services, Sales, Revenue Management, F&B, Maintenance and Housekeeping
• Strong knowledge of operational and financial performance in the hospitality industry including budgetary, forecasting and cost control skills
• Must posses a strong passion for the hospitality industry with the ability to lead by example
• Proven history of consistently exceeding revenue and guest expectations
• Ability to manage change effectively
• Diplomacy skills and the ability to build effective relationships

Skills / Requirements
• Clear, concise communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong experience with P&L’s required
• Employee relations skills required
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems required
• Team building effectiveness
• Ability to create a fun, rewarding and professional work environment
• Strong organizational skills including time management, delegation and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A minimum of 5 years hospitality experience in a management role required.
