Job: Engineering- Proposal/Marketing Coordinator

High Desert Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Proposal/Marketing Coordinator for a multi-disciplinary architectural firm. Responsibilities would include coordinating, designing, researching, writing, editing proposals. Position would include PowerPoint presentation preparation, upkeep of Deltek marketing and proposal database program. Must have excellent word processing, graphic creation and support and textual organization in the production of all proposals for Engineering, Architecture, Surveying and Construction Management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in marketing and proposal writing, preferably with an Architectural/Engineering/Construction firm. Must have excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator as well as Microsoft Office and Deltek. BA in marketing, advertising, communications or journalism id preferred.
