Job: AGENCY PRODUCER

We are rapidly expanding our Farmers insurance agency located here on Albuquerque west side, and accepting resumes for an outstanding opportunity in the insurance industry. This professional must be a New Mexico licensed P&C producer with at least one year of successful sales experience.

If you are an aggressive, personable, career-minded, ambitious self starter with productive work habits you will excel in this position.

The position is part time to start eventually evolving to a full time position. The agency will pay based on commission and eventually moving to a base salary plus commissions with bonuses. This position is focused 90% on new sales with 10% service work.

> Must be P&C licensed inthe state of New Mexico.

> Prospecting and identifying potential clients through community organizations and net working.

> Following up on sales leads provided by the agency.

> Contacting clients to obtain and verify appointments / information.

> Write new business applications.

> Plan marketing efforts on a weekly and monthly basis.

> Cross sell existing clients.

> Actively train and improve sales and product knowledge skills.

> Improve sales of all lines, retention, cross sell ratio and customer satisfaction.

> Phone sales experience.

> Farmers Experience a plus.
