Jobing Description
Like to wear many hats? This position will provide administrative and contractual responsibilities for both Clinical Prevention and Continuing Medical Education programs for state wide Medical Society. Duties will include reconciliation of financial activities, reports which will include invoices, brief monthly narratives and annual reports. Co-negotiate contract to ensure commitments will be met. Will lead recruiting and retention efforts . Compose correspondence, conduct interviews, and process expense reports. Ensures trainers have training materials and that logistical needs are met. Will maintain schedules, e-mail lists, edit meeting minutes for final approval and distribution.
Skills / Requirements
Qualifications include a minimum BA+experience in health related field or public health. Company desires MPH, MA, ScM in health related field with experience developing materials, running committees and grant writing.
