Job: Shuttle Driver Part Time

Shuttle drivers are to transport customers and employees from the parking lots to the casino.

Major Responsibilities/Activities
Responsible for picking up customers or employees at designated hours
Driver will be responsible for the safety of the passengers by ensuring they are seated. Driver will also assist any elderly or handicapped person on entering and exiting the vehicle
Responsible for inspection of van, on a daily basis, for damages, gas and cleanliness prior to starting shift. Any damages found must be reported immediately.
The Driver must always maintain good personal hygiene
Employee's and Customers are not allowed to smoke in the van
It is the driver's responsibility to inspect the van for damage, gas and cleanliness prior to starting their shift. Windows in and out are to be kept clean. Any damage to the vehicle must be reported to a Supervisor prior and after all shifts to promote safe driving
Upon leaving the van for breaks, the driver must notify the supervisor. At no time is the van to be left running and unattended
Any items left in the van by customers/employees must be turned into security
The driver is required to respond and communicate with security, security booth or the supervisor via radios provided using required codes. The van cannot leave the casino property without proper authorization except for filling up the gas tank
Shuttle drivers will report to the Valet Supervisor or Assistant Manager
The driver is responsible for making sure that the vehicle is locked and secured at the end of their shift
Picking up and delivering patrons to hotels/motels, airports, and campgrounds in local area
Complete safety inspections/other logs and forms
Ensure the safety and security of guest and team members
Shuttle drivers will report to the Valet Supervisor or Assistant Manager
Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
Preference given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members.
High School diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming Regulatory Commission non-gaming license.
Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record.
Promote outstanding guest and employee relations in accordance Santa Ana Star Casino Policies
Must always maintain a professional image for customers.
Maintain a good working relationship with co-workers
Must provide a positive attitude towards the Manger/Supervisor and the Company
Possess excellent communication skills
Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record.

Standard office equipment including calculators, copier, fax machine.
Computer (Basic Functions).

Must be able to maneuver around the office and the facility as needed to collect all necessary documents.
Shift gears within vehicles that are not automatic shifting.
Must be able to works various hours.
