Job: Beverage Server PT

Prepares and serves non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a fast paced casino environment.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:
Provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service to all Casino guests whether or not they are gambling
Provide prompt, courteous, and friendly beverage service to all casino guests
Greet guests and build personal first name relationships
Maintain a well-stocked, orderly, clean work and customer environment
Assist in re-stocking beverage service areas with the necessary supplies to meet customer needs
Assist in monitoring levels of available product in the beverage stations to ensure adequate inventory to cover casino needs
Reports the status of operations, concerns or any standard variances relating to the beverage stations, its personnel, or inventory levels to the beverage service shift supervisor
Remove empty cups and other beverage containers from gaming areas and dispose of them in the trash
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Preference to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members
High school diploma/GED
At least six months job related experience
Must be able to obtain gaming license
Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred
