Job: Barback

Summary:
Maintains the work and common area of a fast paced, customer oriented bar and lounge.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:
Maintains well-stocked, orderly work area
Assists with payment transactions
Ensures that standards of cleanliness and sanitation are met
Prepares fruit and keeps the ice bin filled
Washes the glasses for the bartender and clears off debris from the bar
Greets customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner

Minimum Requirements:
Preference to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members.
High School Diploma/GED
Must be able to obtain gaming license.
Bus Person experience is preferred
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred
