Job: Table Games Dealer

Deal a variety of table games in a high volume, fast paced, and customer oriented Indian gaming facility

Major Responsibilities/Activities:
Greet customer in friendly, professional and welcoming manner
Deals table games while adhering to casino policies and procedures and to the Internal Control Structure (ICS)
Assist customer with buy-in transactions
Audits and completes fills and credits on the table games
Monitor customers' play and table action to insure security of game and casino assets
Educates players on the proper rules and procedures of the table game
Maintains a clean and neat playing
Remains current on federal currency reporting requirements (Title 31) as it relates to table game player activity
Computes payable odds to pay winning bets and collects losing bets.

Minimum Requirements:
Preference to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members
High school diploma/GED
Good working knowledge of the various table games
Good math skills
Six months to one year experience in a customer service environment
Professional appearance
Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred
Must be able to obtain gaming license
