Job: Assembler

Summit Electric Supply an industry-leading multi-state (Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and Louisiana) wholesale distributor of electrical construction and maintenance products and associated services is seeking an experienced assembler. The qualifed candidate should have 2-3 years experience assembling electrical control panels. Ability to read wiring diagrams, layout and mount motor starters, switches, and fuses are necessary. This position will require engraving plastic and metal name plates, and building wooden crates for shipping control panels.

It will require 40 hours+ a week and some Saturday work.

A mechanical and technical aptitude is desired
Ability to follow directions closely is necessary
Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams is a plus
Experience in the use of table saws and radial arm saws is required
High school diploma or GED
Pre-employment evaluations, drug and background screens will be administered
