POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the maintenance of the dealership lot, grounds, internal offices/restrooms and all DriveTime vehicles.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities listed below are intended to provide general guidelines and parameters for the job and are not intended to be a comprehensive, detailed description of the job.

*Moves blocker cars and opens the gates.

*Puts all keys back in lock boxes.

*Starts vehicles and fill with gasoline.

*Straightens and rotates the cars in the lot per supervisor's instructions.

*Routinely cleans vehicle interior to insure the car is in show condition.

*Washes exterior and vacuums interior of cars.

*Removes all trash, cleans restrooms and is responsible for the appearance of the car lot.

*Checks in new cars and takes stock sheet to office.

*Runs errands for the dealership as needed.

*Locks gates and pull all keys to be stored at the end of the day.
