Job: Senior Accountant - Pleasanton, CA

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with extensive experience working with small-mid sized government contractors in Pleasanton, CA. Successful candidates must have experience managing all facets of Accounting and Finance operations, including the General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll. Candidates must be proficient with financial accounting standards, FAR and CAS requirements, and have prior experience preparing DCAA incurred cost submissions as well as audit materials as requested by DCAA and outside auditors. Experience with accounting contract closeouts, prepare contract final billing by compiling cost summaries.

Requirements:
* Knowledgeable in FAR, DFAR, CAS

* Hands-on: must be a roll up your sleeves individual.

Experience and Certifications:
* BA/BS degree in related field required
