Job: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Sabio Systems currently has a temporary to hire opportunity for an accounts receivable specialist with the following qualifications.

Responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts receivable, collections, credit, billing and cash applications. Maintain confidentiality of all privileged information.

Process customer invoices/credits.
Apply customer payments/credits.
Post daily Accounts Receivable batches
Collect Credit Card payment information.
Generate monthly statements.
Research and solve payment discrepancies.
Monthly JEs related to A/R.
Monthly account reconciliations.
Perform collection efforts on delinquent accounts.
Respond to inquiries from customers including billing questions, disputes and requests for information.
Maintain procedure documentation for Accounts Receivable.
Other duties as assigned.

Associates degree and two (2) years work experience in accounting or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
JD Edwards is a plus
