Job: Desktop Support Technician

Desktop Support Technicians - You'll be responsible for:

• The deployment and operation of Patch Management and Enterprise Antivirus Solutions at customer location.
• The successful candidate must have expert knowledge of the Windows OS and be experienced with electronic software delivery and troubleshooting within large Active Directory environments.

Are you interested? The ideal candidate will possess:

• Three to five years of Desktop support experience in a Windows Active Directory environment.
• Expert level knowledge and experience with SCCM 2007, WSUS 3.0, and Symantec Antivirus 10.x administration within a large enterprise environment. Must be capable of providing customer consulting services with minimal supervision.
• Strong oral/written communication and customer interface skills. MCSE strongly preferred. US Citizen/US Perm Resident required.
