Aidant Fire and Security is a well established smoke-free company seeking a dynamic office assistant adept at multi-tasking to perform administrative and customer service duties in our Albuquerque branch facility. The ideal candidate will have prior office experience with an emphasis in customer service, an enthusiastic, friendly telephone manner, and excellent computer skills.

Duties may include scheduling and dispatching field technicians, handling and processing customer requests, preparing reports, completing paperwork for billing purposes, and interaction with other departments.
