Job: Call Center Representative

Currently we are searching for Anywhere Advisors to assist our call center operations.
Anywhere Advisors perform duties such as: providing exceptional member service while handling a large volume of inquiries, researching and resolving member inquiries in an efficient and timely manner while presenting value-added financial products and services to our members.

The ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, superior customer services skills, one year of call center experience and one year of customer service experience. Demonstrated knowledge of personal computers, word processing and internet applications.
