Jobing Description
Sabio Systems is currently recruiting for an Executive Administrative Assistant to act independently in providing senior level administrative support to the executive management team of a prestigious organization in the Albuquerque area. Work requires the ability to make management-level decisions by detailed analysis of situations, use of initiative, tact and independent judgment. This position requires the ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining the strictest level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities include:

•Provide administrative support; calendar planning, screen phone calls, arrange travel, expense, and events. Understand and disseminate confidential information
•Assist senior staff members with administrative support; travel, and events.
•Provide meeting support. Prepare agendas, take notes and distribute meeting minutes, and presentations. Track action items and communicate status.
•Facilitate manager and staff communication.
Draft letters, memos and emails. Create presentations and maintain organization charts. May review and prioritize partner's email and respond on behalf of partner. Pro-actively escalate issues that need partner's immediate attention.
•Serves as a liaison to internal Business Partners and assists with related projects.
•Consistent availability and ability to serve as a central contact to people inside and outside the company.
•Collaborate with various staff and departments in preparing special projects, reports and data analysis.
•Establish lead role in coordinating events, activities and information flow within the division and organizational units. Requirements


Skills / Requirements
Minimum 6 or more year's executive administrative support in a corporate setting
Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures
In-depth knowledge of company protocol and business issues and needs
Thorough knowledge of office management practices and procedures
Proven ability to work at an Executive level to assess business priorities and make recommendations
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Proven and successful team player and team building skills
In-depth knowledge of Outlook and scheduling features, word processing and spreadsheet programs (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Proven ability to manage small projects, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines
Able to handle confidential information of the highest level
Outstanding written communication skills
Requires flexibility, negotiation, determination and ability to stand up to strong personalities.
