Job: Sales & Client Service Representative

Link Staffing Services is looking for a high energy BTB Sales Representative and Client Service Representative to work in a busy office dealing primarily with administrative, clerical, light industrial, skilled and unskilled positions. The position is a dual position. The position will report to the Branch Manager.

You will be responsible for growing branch revenue consistent with targeted goals, generating new accounts, and providing quality customer service to our clients. The position will involve heavy cold calling, both on the phone and in person, along with the ability to effectively close new business. Also responsible for supporting branch office in recruiting, screening and retaining qualified applicants.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Meets monthly and annual revenue goals

Business to business sales both on the phone and outside sales Maintain exceptional follow up and follow through skills.

Ability to quote profitable business Develops and grows client base

Continually prospects new business by contacting key managers to senior-level executives to identify staffing needs in an effort to build and maintain client base

Has creative approach to obstacles and provides feasible solutions for clients when problems arise Ability to cold call effectively resulting in qualified appointments Easy to manage because you are self motivated Responsible for providing clients with excellent customer service along with recruiting qualified candidates to fill positions.

Source qualified candidates.

Screen potential candidates both via telephone and in-person.

Conduct in-person interviews after qualifying candidates.

Take and fill client job orders.

Represent Link Staffing Services at Job Fairs and other recruitment events.

Maintains exceptional follow up and follow through skills.

Has creative approach to obstacles and provides feasible solutions for clients when problems arise.

Detailed writing and posting of open orders on job posting sites.

Skills: Strong sense of urgency, fearlessness to get our objectives achieved, strong written and oral communication skills, high energy, and a willingness to learn. Basic computer knowledge, bi-lingual if required in designated market, reliable transportation



Education: College degree preferred



1-2 years of sales experience in an outside cold calling environment. (Staffing Industry Preferred)

2-3 years recruiting experience.

Strong knowledge of internet based recruiting sites.
