* Performs hiring, firing, counseling, and evaluations on staff that have been assigned as a direct report.

* Manages multiple projects, multiple resources.

* Responsible for budget control on assigned projects.

* Maintains service and support of 'in-production' systems.

* Performs system implementation tasks.

* Provides implementation assistance as defined by project director.

* Provides systems business and/or technical analytical tasks.

* Performs other functions as required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, prefer master degree. Five to eight years experience in computer business applications and at least two of those must be in project management. Education may be substituted by related experience in accordance to established protocol.
