ENLACE (ENgaging LAtino Communities for Education) is a statewide, P-20 pipeline program aimed at increasing the educational achievement rates of under served students. The ENLACE Statewide Collaborative represents the voices of underrepresented children and families -- people who have not traditionally had a say in policy initiatives which have had direct impacts on their communities or their families. The Educational Site Coordinator will provide on-site programmatic and administrative coordination on behalf of the ENLACE program. The Educational Site Coordinator serves as an on-site liaison and facilitator between ENLACE and the community, and directly collaborates with the community to target the goals and funding objectives for ENLACE New Mexico. This is a full-time benefits eligible position. Skills / Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. OR High school diploma or GED; with at least 5 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Preferred Qualifications: Tracking and reporting data. Experience writing, reviewing and editing reports. Management/Supervisory experience. Extensive work with students and parents. Fluent in both Spanish and English. Experience with or training in the following programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Mac and PC operating systems. ArcGIS. Important Notes
