Job: Machine Operator

This position requires knowledge of metal-forming machine operation, set-up and basic

maintenance and troubleshooting. In addition, the machine operator will assist in developing

new processes and documentation. Stamping, forming, and/or wire drawing experience is a plus.



Qualified associates will:

• Operate machines, including set-up, run time and troubleshooting.

• Demonstrate good problem solving skills and knowledge of mechanical assemblies.

• Learn and develop new manufacturing procedures.

• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Work with delicate parts.

• Work a flexible shift between 7am-6pm.

• Have excellent attendance and shift adherence.

• Have fun!

• Have good manual dexterity.

• Be able to develop detailed process documentation.

• Demonstrate ability to measure and weigh using precision instruments.
