Job: Sales Agent Trainee

We are seeking career-minded individuals for our Sales Agent Trainee opportunities. Engage in sales activities, working exclusively in a District Office representing AAA New Mexico in providing the industry’s most comprehensive membership and insurance products. Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus. Licensing is sponsored by AAA New Mexico, there is no overhead cost, internal referral program, sales incentives, and formal training provided.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, excellent job tenure; a BA/BS degree is a plus, but not required
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, competitive sales drive, be computer savvy, and have a commitment to maintaining superior member relationships
• Valid New Mexico drivers’ license, a good driving record
• Ability to qualify for a New Mexico fire and casualty broker/agent license are required
• Work days include some evenings, weekends and holidays
