Job: Clinical Manager

Participate in the development of the clinical operational plans
Interface with staff, patients and families to ensure that care is consistent with their expectations.
Assist in various personnel actions including, but not limited to hiring, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions and other related activities.
Coordinate provider activities in E.H.R. (electronic health record) for various providers including, but not limited to responding to phone inquiries, administer medications, setting up procedures and other related activities.

RN minimum education required with 2-3 years clinical experience
2-3 years of supervisory or management experience.
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
