Job: Retail Convenience Store Managers

Oversee the management, operation, and oversight of the store. Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, directing, and motivating staff. Balance cash receipts and prepare deposits. Check in vendors and deliveries. Maintain clean professional store image, provide high levels of customer service. Merchandising the store effectively to maximize sales while insuring freshness of food and beverage items.

ERO is one of the largest wholesale and retail distributors of petroleum products and owns the RediMart Convenient Stores in the New Mexico Region, which consist of Chevron, Diamond Shamrock, and Conoco Brands.

Must have a High School Diploma or GED, college degree preferred. 3-5 years of RETAIL management experience preferred. ERO maintains a drug free environment with random drug screens. Criminal & Credit Background check required.
