Job: Sales Management Assistant

The Sales Management Assistant is responsible for distributing information to inside and outside sales departments. This position is also the web developer and administrator for the Ethical Sales internal Team Site. The Sales Management Assistant also works with the Strategic Analyst to ensure the territory assignments are up to date and correct. This position will provide administrative support to the National Sales Manager.

Some of the responsibilites include:
* Administrator and web developer for the Ethical Sales Team Site
* Assist with the coordination of two (2) National or Regional Sales Meetings per year
* Daily update of sales reports on team site
* Process monthly car stock orders for outside sales representatives
* Handle all administrative duties for National Sales Manager
* Facilitate and channel departmental and interdepartmental communication
* Work with Sales Trainer to ensure all new hires are integrated into practitioner sales organization
* Reinforce department and company policies to promote and support positive work environment

* Associates degree in business area with a minimum 2 years administrative experience
(other combinations of education, training and experience will be accepted as well)
* Able to interact with all levels of employees and customers in a professional manner
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Advanced knowledge in a Windows based environment, especially Excel and Word
* Detail oriented and a team player
* Excellent proofreading skills
* Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
