Job: All Star Bar and Grill Server

Summary:
Provides professional, friendly and exceptional service to guests of a high paced sports bar and grill.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:
• Acknowledges and responds to customers promptly.
• Greets guests with a menu and a smile.
• Takes customer’s food/beverage order, delivering it to the kitchen staff for preparation
• Promptly delivers orders to respective guests.
• Returns to each assigned table regularly to determine the customer’s additional needs.
• Present the request for payment once service is complete.
• Responsible for cash and complimentary check transactions.

Minimum Requirements:
• Preference to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members.
• High school diploma or GED,
• New Mexico liquor server’s license.
• Ability to carry and balance service tray on shoulder.
• Legible handwriting a must.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Ability to remember menu items and prices, daily specials and proper placing procedures.
• Professional appearance.
• Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-gaming license.
