Job: Inside Sales Supervisor

The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for the achievement of goals for the Retail sales department. The Retail Inside Supervisor will hire, coach, train, direct and motivate a group of Inside Sales employees in all facets of sales in order to achieve company objectives.

Some of the responsibilities include:
• Hire and train all new Inside Sales Representatives
• Coach, direct and motivate Inside Sales Representatives to reach individual and team goals
• Complete annual employee evaluations, time and attendance reports, as well as deal with administrative issues for Inside Sales Representatives
• Suggest and implement departmental policies, procedures and sales plans
• Supervise house accounts and distributors (order entry, customer relations)
• Assist in annual preparation of sales goals and in quarterly preparation of sales forecasts
• Provide excellent customer service & process customer complaints & incoming orders as needed
• Reinforce department and company policies to promote and support positive work environment

• Bachelors degree in business area with a minimum 3 years sales experience and 2 years supervisor experience (other combinations of education, training and experience will be accepted as well)
• Able to motivate, train, and coach individuals and group
• Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and team player
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in a Windows based environment
• Willing and able to immediately adapt to changes in policies and procedures
