Job: Cook Grave-yard Bernalillo

Prepares cooks and presents food to order adhering to company food preparation, holding times and service cycle standards, in a friendly and efficient manner.

Job Functions:
* Prepares, cooks and presents foods to order following established company standards.
* Completes assigned �prep/pull work� as needed and to prep/pull charts.
* Completes temperature charts.
* Stores and rotates stock.
* Cleans and organizes area.
* Assists service assistants periodically.

Principal Accountabilities
Guest orders are prepared following company specifications, safe food handling and service cycle standards.

Qualification Standards
* Must be 18 years old
* Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
* Must have sufficient mobility to move and/or operate in work area.
* Must have basic math skills including understanding of units of measure.
* Must be able to observe and ensure product is prepared and presented to company requirements.
* Must meet any state, county or municipal regulation pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling.
