For more than 20 years, NAPPR, Inc. has provided health promotion, parenting, and early intervention services in Native American communities in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. Our professional staff is committed to providing the support and services necessary to empower and educate the families that we serve in Bernalillo, Cibola, Valencia and Sandoval counties.
We are currently seeking a dynamic, creative, and team-oriented individual to provide leadership and direction of our Part C Early Intervention Program. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to supervision of staff, quality assurance, compliance with standards and reporting requirements, community collaboration/coordination, along with staff training and technical assistance. Skills / Requirements
Qualifications: At least a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field such as Social Work, Family Studies, Early Childhood Education or other related area with at least five years of increasing responsibility and experience providing direct services and supervision of professional staff. Certification or eligibility for certification as a Developmental Specialist II or III.
Highly desirable qualifications: Master's Degree in related field, experience providing and managing Part C Services in New Mexico or other states, familiarity with principles of Infant Mental Health/Reflective Practices, advanced computer skills i.e. Excel, Access, and/or MS Office. Pay
